We've updated our policies to offer a larger, more private space for celebrations. All party gatherings must now be booked in the upstairs event room.

Upstairs Event Room Rental Fee

Our upstairs event room can be rented for $100, with a $50 minimum payment required at the time of booking to reserve your date.

An additional $50 cleaning fee may be charged (for a total of $150) if the room is left dirty; a card is kept on file for this purpose.

Each rental includes a 2-hour time slot, and the room is also available at no extra cost with pool rentals based on availability during your scheduled time.

This flexible space can be used for parties, meetings, classes, or any indoor gathering.

Rules & Exceptions

- All party members must fill out our liability waiver at front desk before your scheduled event. Feel free to come in up to 10 minutes before your scheduled time to make sure everyone has filled them out.

- All reservations must be booked at least 1 week in advance.

-All parties are expected to follow the Rec Center's rules. Cascade Aquatic & Rec Center reserves the right to end your party early if you are not following the rules and guidlines. You will receive a verbal warning before your party is ended.

Cancellations & Refunds

Full refund = canceled at least 7 days before your scheduled time

50% refund = canceled between 7 days and 24 hours before your scheduled time

ANY CANCELLATIONS UNDER 24 HOURS NOTICE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
